For Decision Makers we will cover the basics of what a CMS IS, how it may be used, and what are the key features of Plone.

Instructor: Richard Amerman

Richard has been involved in training and speaking for most of his life. He was originally on course towards an eduction degree but, as happens to many of us, was waylaid by technology. He has spent time as a Hang Gliding instructor, taught first aid, and CPR as well as various music related topics. In the past 12 years he has spoken and thought on technology topics throughout the Northwest. He now focuses on Plone and Asterisk. He spoke at the first Plone conference, organized the pre-conference trainings at the 2006 conference and has been presenting on Plone for the last 5 years.
